Job Description:

We're looking for a multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias, ideally with food industry experience ready to keep the production running at peak efficiency. You'll work a rotating Monday-Friday shift pattern (mornings/evenings) and enjoy an excellent benefits package.

Job Responsibility:

Service, maintain and repair factory equipment to minimise downtime
Attend breakdowns quickly and effectively
Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and test equipment
Work confidently with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Maintain high health & safety and GMP standards
Support continuous improvement and site projects
Communicate clearly with engineering and operations teams
Keep accurate records and ensure smooth handovers

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, installations and fault-finding
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Ability to read system drawings and manuals
Proactive, safety-focused and team-oriented
Willing to support colleagues and cover across the site
