Job Description:

I'm recruiting on behalf of a long-established food manufacturing business in Nottinghamshire. They're now looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns
  • Keep accurate maintenance records
  • Help ensure the smooth running of the site

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled, preferably with an electrical bias
  • Experience with PLCs would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of food manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Experience with PLCs would be advantageous

  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently to minimise downtime
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner
  • Completing all necessary paperwork and reports accurately
