The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring an Assistant Director of Marketing Communications, serving 2 luxury properties including The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong.

Job Responsibility:

Perform a key role in the planning, direction, control, and coordination of all communication activities, with an emphasis on public relations for The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong
Promote and maintain good communications in order to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel and by doing so contribute to the revenues of the hotel
Maximize advertising budget by ensuring that the hotel's creative message and media activities are consistent with the advertising of sister hotels and the company group advertising
Review the market segmentation of both hotels and other appropriate marketing reports to ensure all marketing strategies and efforts are in synergy with the company
Secure opportunities, direct and attend hotel sponsored events, and develops targeted partner relationships

Requirements:

Over 8 years of relevant experience preferably in luxury hotels
A team player with outgoing personalities
Passionate and service oriented
Good command of spoken Chinese and English
