Job Description:

MS Dynamics Lead - 12 months + extension - Remote. RED is currently supporting a global organization, and we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Lead Engineer to take technical ownership of all D365 CE applications and lead the implementation of a new Asset Management solution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the technical lead for all Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE developments (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
  • Lead the technical implementation of the future Asset Management solution
  • Design and develop scalable solutions (C# plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, custom APIs)
  • Build and maintain integrations between D365 CE and external systems (REST APIs, Azure services)
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, consultants, and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development experience
  • Strong experience across D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
  • Proven experience integrating D365 CE with D365 F&O
  • Strong C#/.NET plugin development experience
  • Experience with Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, JavaScript, and Dataverse
  • Experience with Azure integrations and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills
  • Freelance / contract availability
  • English is mandatory and German is ideal
