mRNA Process Development Co-op

Beam is looking for a highly motivated Co Op to join our Process Development Team from July to Dec of 2026. The Co Op will assist in development and optimization of linearized plasmid DNA manufacturing processes. Specifically, this role will involve performing and optimizing plasmid isolation, linearization, and chromatographic purification. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, persistent, and has an innovative mindset toward solving technical challenges. This position will play a central role in developing internal capabilities for plasmid linearization and purification development while providing the individual exposure to one of the most important classes of medication of the 21st century.
