Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established financial services association that supports banks and mortgage lenders across the state. They’re looking to bring on a Mortgage Systems Administrator to manage and enhance key platforms like ICE Encompass, ICE Black Knight, SimpleNexus, and related systems. This role will focus on translating business needs into technical solutions, leading system improvements, and providing day-to-day support for internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Design, configure, test, and implement system enhancements, business rules, workflows, and forms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new projects and ongoing system improvements
Maintain core system setup and functionality across mortgage operations
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, manage user access, and support end users
Lead QA efforts and support UAT for system updates and vendor changes
Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and internal policies
Analyze trends and generate reports to support business operations

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in mortgage system administration, configuration, or development
Strong experience with ICE Encompass and/or ICE Black Knight highly preferred
Financial services or mortgage industry background required
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with change management and cross-functional collaboration
