Wells Fargo is seeking a Mortgage Administrative Assistant.
Job Responsibility:
Support moderately complex administrative tasks
Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation
Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Receive direction from senior managers and/or directors regarding routine administrative process
Assist in routine record keeping, calendar management, travel and expense management, and events and partner visit preparation
Support the administrative functions around the employee engagement programs of the line of business, work with the leadership team in executing such activities
Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts (including travel and expense management)
Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization
Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line
Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization
Requirements:
2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice to have:
Has strong verbal and written English communications skills
Preferably has 3+ years of experience in supporting Home Lending or similar lines of business
Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong expertise in MS Excel for expense tracking and reporting
