Job Responsibility:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain the Morpheus platform to ensure compatibility with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Morpheus platform issues with timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain the Morpheus platform with regular updates and patches to ensure security, performance, and reliability
  • Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions on the Morpheus platform
  • Monitor Morpheus platform performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures
  • Stay current on Morpheus and ecosystem technologies while following company policies and procedures
  • Optimize Morpheus performance through cost-effective and efficient resource utilization strategies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Morpheus with existing systems, applications, and services
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to cases quickly and effectively
  • Provide technical instructions to customers, including those without direct access to their systems or networks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Morpheus, AWS, or Azure
  • Thorough understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices
  • Basic programming knowledge and experience with scripting languages such as Python, Git, Bash, Ansible, and PowerShell
  • Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools
  • Understanding of core compute, storage, virtualization, and networking concepts and devices
  • Understanding of cloud-based security protocols and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and logical troubleshooting skills
  • Effective verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrates excellent listening and information gathering skills
  • Knowledge of the ITIL Framework, including incident, service request, change, and problem management
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Able to work in a 24x7x365 environment with a rotating shift
  • Certifications: ITIL, VCP, Any Cloud certification
