The Mobile Technical Specialist is responsible for on-site customer support with their Mobile estate including but not limited to the below accountabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Work with customers to develop and execute a comprehensive mobile strategy that aligns with their goals and objectives
Identify key areas where mobile technology can improve operational efficiency and patient care
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the mobile strategy supports the overall mission of the customer
Work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand their technical support needs and challenges and providing feedback to the customer, Vodafone’s Solution Architect and the Vodafone Account Director
Prioritise tasks and adjust workloads based on changing requirements and business priorities
Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to ensure seamless technical support services
Implement the detailed product plan for mobile applications and services developed with the customer and Vodafone
Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of features and improvements
Coordinate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to address any issues and ensure smooth implementation of updates
Works closely with the Vodafone Managed Mobility Team and staging team to identify and resolve issues
Create and implement policies and procedures that govern the use and management of mobile devices and applications
Review the policies and configuration of the mobile routers using Vodafone Data Control and apply any changes required by the customer
Define security protocols and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information
Regularly review and update policies to adapt to changing technologies and regulatory requirements
Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards governing mobile technology in the healthcare industry. Including NFR B7 and the upcoming NIST regulations for providers of essential services
Requirements:
Over 3 years Mobility experience in a telecommunications or commercial industry
Experience of managing teams & working cross-functionally
Understanding of mobile and associated products/services
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Ability to understand issues at both operational and strategic levels and to influence stakeholders to action
Understanding of Vodafone structure and governance
Advanced excel and data mining skills
