Job Responsibility:
Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively and educate customers
Demonstrate and recommend T-Mobile products and services
Complete training on products, processes, and reference resources
Support customers with account setup and device services
Perform store operations and opening/closing procedures
Build rapport, loyalty, and follow-up with customers
Collaborate with nearby store locations and leadership
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be part of a game-changing team
Willingness to work alongside peers and leaders
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced environment
