Job Responsibility

Carrying out general AC/HVAC maintenance including PPMs, reactive repairs, fault-finding and system checks on splits, VRV/VRF, AHUs and associated AC plant
Supporting wider building services when required (e.g., basic mechanical tasks, filter changes, ventilation checks)
Delivering planned maintenance across a range of AC/HVAC assets, following the PPM schedule and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with compliance standards

Job Responsibility

Performing PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of plant and equipment, with a primary focus on AC systems (splits, VRVs, AHUs, chillers, etc.)
Carrying out minor installations and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarms - basic fault finding)
Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently to minimise downtime
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner
Completing all necessary paperwork and reports accurately
