Job Responsibility

Carry out servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on commercial and domestic gas appliances/plant
Ensure all gas works meet the latest legislative standards and issue digital safety certificates (CP12/CP17) via our PDA system
Diagnose complex faults in boiler plant rooms, HVAC systems, and water heaters with a focus on high first-fix rates
Occasionally supervise specialist sub-contractors and issue relevant permits to work
Participate in a 1-in-5 on-call rota
