At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 12K+ apps, process $2B+ in subscriptions every year. Our mission is to help every app unlock its full revenue potential. You'll work with a team of 170+ passionate, product-driven people on a modern stack including Kubernetes, Python, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, React with geo-distributed infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of models from research to full deployment in production
  • Build and improve models to predict customer revenue and lifetime value (LTV) for mobile apps
  • Provide benchmarks for customer metrics (Install-to-Trial conversions, Install-to-Paid conversions, LTV)
  • Develop tools to make A/B testing smarter by identifying winning strategies faster
  • Create models to design highly effective paywalls tailored to each app's category and audience
  • Use data to uncover actionable insights to boost revenue

Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of math, statistics, and probability theory
  • Experience building and deploying interpretable and advanced black-box machine learning models to production
  • Experience working on predictive models for revenue and LTV metrics
  • Comfortable taking a model from idea to a live, production-ready system
  • Product-based approach focused on results that drive user value
