Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR), Lead CSR (LSR) and Store Assistant (SA) job descriptions
Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR, LSR and SA job descriptions
Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the store, which includes completion and analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, employment related forms, etc.
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Job Responsibility

Leadership and Management: Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees which may include Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and Customer Service Representative(s)
Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service

Advanced university degree in law (e.g. JD or LLB)
Meets local legal license requirements
Typically, 3-7 years of legal experience, with a significant focus on IP and open source software licensing and compliance
In-depth knowledge of open source licenses (e.g., GPL, LGPL, Apache, MIT) plus non-open source licenses (e.g., SSPL, BUSL) and their implications for intellectual property and software development and distribution
Ability to engage in tooling to facilitate reviews such as scanners (e.g., FNCI, BlackDuck, etc.) and workflow (e.g., Jira)
Strong understanding of open source development practices and culture

Develop and implement comprehensive open source compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and training to ensure adherence to open source licensing requirements
Formulate and maintain internal policies and best practices regarding the use and contribution to open source projects
Conduct legal due diligence on open source software components used in HPE products and services, ensuring proper licensing and compliance
Design and deliver training programs for HPE employees on open source software policies, legal risks, and best practices

Perform maintenance activities on and in tanks and vessels related to piping, coatings and mechanical integrity
Review and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Under supervision, diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments to equipment
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, vehicles (tires, oil, filters, spark plugs, brakes, etc.), equipment and plant facilities
Perform a variety of basic plumbing maintenance functions
Detect faulty operations, equipment and material. Report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
Visually and manually inspects wellfield mechanical equipment
