Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated MIS Intern to join our team and contribute to transformative business process improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in identifying, documenting, and implementing workflow enhancements through automation and technology. You will work closely with IT leadership and business units to streamline operations, improve data management, and support our transition to modern platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze existing business processes and document workflows in detail
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements using technology
  • Assist in implementing automation for SOPs, either fully or partially
  • Support initiatives to integrate AI agents into business processes
  • Structure and organize data storage for optimal accessibility and compliance
  • Ensure security protocols are followed in data handling and storage
  • Contribute to migration from traditional file servers to SharePoint
  • Help configure and optimize workflows in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerBI) or Alteryx preferred
  • Basic understanding of process improvement and workflow automation concepts
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies for business process optimization
  • Ability to research and learn new technology quickly
