Job Description:

Leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of Management Information Systems (MIS) for a large user base of 100+ users. Lead a team of analysts and developers to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful MIS in a complex environment utilizing SAS, Python, databases, and Tableau.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of MIS professionals
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of all MIS deliverables
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in SAS-Python/Database/Tableau environment
  • Drive process improvements and automation
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the MIS function

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in MIS or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing MIS executions for a large user base
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong understanding of technologies including SAS, Python, SQL databases, and Tableau
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics is required
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
