Job Description:

Leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of Management Information Systems (MIS) for a large user base of 100+ users. Lead a team of analysts and developers to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful MIS in a complex environment utilizing SAS, Python, databases, and Tableau.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of MIS professionals
Oversee the end-to-end execution of all MIS deliverables
Manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and guidance in SAS-Python/Database/Tableau environment
Drive process improvements and automation
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the MIS function

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in MIS or a related field
Proven track record of leading teams and managing MIS executions for a large user base
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong understanding of technologies including SAS, Python, SQL databases, and Tableau
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics is required
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Master's degree preferred
