MIS Analyst

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using SAS and/or Python to track key performance indicators
• Perform in-depth data analysis and create compelling visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Apply deep knowledge of mortgage industry including MIS and regulatory requirements
• Support delivery of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights
• Work as high-performing individual contributor taking ownership of projects

• 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor in a major bank, working within Risk or Marketing teams with focus on mortgage and retail banking industry
• Expertise in SAS or Python for data analysis, MIS, and visualization
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with visualization libraries in Python (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn) or other visualization tools
• Deep understanding of mortgage industry including key metrics, MIS, and regulatory deliverables
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for working with data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics
