Job Description:

Provide luxury service experiences at The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta by ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication, service, and adherence to quality standards. Support the hotel's mission and exemplify Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Build memorable and unique experiences for guests
set tables
communicate with the kitchen
serve guests
clean work areas and supplies
uphold company policies and quality standards
follow safety protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and manage the menu
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
