Analyze key YouTube metrics and analytics, including AVD, CTR, Impressions, AVP, etc., to identify successful content elements and areas for improvement, informing storyboard development strategies
Study and ideate successful content storylines, styles, and strategies from competitors, integrating effective approaches into storyboard creation to enhance audience engagement
Participate in leadership meetings to discuss storyboard progress, provide updates, and collaborate with team members to refine ideas and address any concerns or challenges
