Job Description:

The software is designed for managed service providers to streamline regularly business reviews for managed companies. The app helps to accumulate, store and evaluate information about clients IT-infrastructure, so it is a powerful tool to identifying IT risks and business challenges and to build a customer roadmap for further development. For example: company X administers companies Y and Z, each of which has its own set of computers, servers, routers, and various software. The goals of the system are to present state data in the most understandable form for the maintenance manager and help him to build a schedule for updating all this.

Job Responsibility:

review business requirements and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
estimate of testing activities
identify, troubleshoot, and track bugs to resolution
perform integration, regression, and exploratory testing for web interfaces and backend services
work closely with team (e.g., developers and business analysts) to identify system requirements
stay up to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
work proactively with the team to resolve issues and meet project goals

Requirements:

2-3+ years experience in web testing
deep understanding of methods and approaches of web-applications testing
experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and checklists
the ability to prioritize and competently plan your activity based on priorities
the ability to work independently, while having access to information to build context
with proven experience in team-oriented, collaborative environments
practical experience in requirements analysis, static testing of complex/large projects
familiarity with database concepts and practices
experience with integration testing involving third-party systems and tightly coupled components
ability to work in highly interconnected environments, where changes in one system can impact multiple services
attention to detail combined with strong multitasking skills
Intemediate+ (B1+)

Nice to have:

experience writing automated tests (Python)
hands-on experience with automated testing tools
identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
suggest solutions to identified product problems
experience in support roles or working directly with real user feedback
AI tools using
