In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our technical capabilities and delivering effective Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our clients’ evolving needs. Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Consultants, Technical Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions
  • Assist in implementing Salesforce solutions, adhering to industry best practices and guidelines
  • Customize Salesforce applications through configuring and creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, and process flows to support major implementations
  • Develop and maintain Lightning components and Apex classes/triggers while demonstrating an understanding of Visualforce for legacy support
  • Engage with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration of Salesforce with external systems and applications
  • Ensure that solutions delivered maintain high standards of scalability, performance, and security
  • Proactively stay informed about Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for enhancements and new functionalities

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including knowledge of development flows provided by Salesforce (e.g., 2GP)
  • Familiarity with integration approaches and the Salesforce authentication model
  • Ability to customize Salesforce applications utilizing all available administrative tools effectively
  • General understanding of Agenforce and its applicability within our processes
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and the ability to align technical efforts with business requirements
  • Capability to identify opportunities for process improvements and minor enhancements in Salesforce solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills complemented by excellent communication and collaboration abilities
