We are building AI that engineers actually trust inside systems that manage real infrastructure used by public agencies nationwide. We are looking for someone to join the team and gets hands-on building the solution and shipping real features. The AI we are building lives in explainability. Each step along the way must make sense, and be defensible for civil engineering decision makers.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Modern C# and .NET
  • REST APIs
  • Blazor
  • Blazor WASM
  • Blazor Hybrid
  • General HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • LLM and RAG technique experience
  • SQL Database familiarity (SQLite, Postgres)
  • Entity framework
  • Ability to work largely independently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Contribute to long-term product and feature planning
  • Ability to discuss and bring features from ideas to reality and implement them in a production environment
  • Ability to work with customers to understand their needs
  • Ability to assist in onboarding other team members as we expand

  • Familiarity with working with AI powered workflows, such as GitHub Copilot
