Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated litigation associate to join our Intellectual Property practice group in New York or Chicago. Ideal candidates should have 4-7 years of experience at a law firm, with a strong track record handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and claim assessment through discovery and trial. Responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, including large e-discovery projects, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Candidates will be expected to focus on intellectual property litigation relating to trademark, copyright, trade secrets and patent disputes, but we will consider candidates with a strong federal court commercial litigation background, who are interested in focusing on technology and intellectual property disputes.
