Job Description:

Mid Market Account Executive role at PagerDuty focusing on acquiring new business opportunities among commercial segment accounts (50-500 million in revenue). Responsibilities include creating, developing, and managing net-new business deals and expanding footprint once accounts are landed.

Job Responsibility:

Value Selling - highlighting unique PD value and benefits
Understanding problems and focus areas of stakeholders
Aligning use cases with appropriate service offering
Employing solution selling/customer-centric sales method
Establishing genuine connections with customers
Prospecting - calling and emailing executives
Documenting key qualification details (MEDDICC Framework)
Closing and managing land-and-expand deals
Prioritizing opportunities and allocating appropriate resources

Requirements:

1-2+ years strong background in lead generation and prospecting
1+ year experience with common SaaS software tools (SFDC, Outreach/Salesloft, Tableau, DemandBase/6Sense)
Proven ability to quickly gain trust with senior leaders
Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
Passion for cloud technologies
