Job Description:

Seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join a remote team handling complex state and federal litigation, including securities, regulatory, and commercial matters. This role offers substantive responsibility and hands-on case involvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage matters across all phases of litigation
  • Draft motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, etc.)
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Support securities, financial services, and commercial litigation matters
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
