Job Description:

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice that is continuing to grow its Manchester studio due to a strong pipeline of secured work. This practice has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality design and technically robust projects across a broad range of sectors. They are now looking to add a mid-level Architectural Technician to their team to support project delivery across multiple live schemes. You will be working within a collaborative and supportive studio environment, contributing to the technical delivery of projects from early design through to construction. The role will suit someone who enjoys producing detailed technical drawings, coordinating information, and supporting project teams through later RIBA stages.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Circa 3-5 years’ experience in an architectural practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience producing detailed drawing packages
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Strong communication skills and a methodical, organised approach
