Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation Consultant

Requirements:

  • 7 years+ technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Building and updating complex business process flows in Dynamics 365
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven Apps) and Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate
  • Configuring API integrations (experience with Drupal, Hivebrite, Docebo, and CVENT or similar system integrations is preferred)
  • JavaScript development skills for Dynamics customization
  • Dataverse queries/FetchXML and solution layering strategies
  • Evaluating business processes and translating organizational needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Ability to learn organizational context quickly and connect business challenges to CRM based improvements
  • Ability to function as both lead consultant and technical SME, guiding project direction, sequencing, and risk mitigation
  • Interest in learning about an organization at a depth necessary to connect business needs and challenges to effective solutions within Dynamics
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical partners and end users
