Job Description:

Alight is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our Application Support team. In this leadership role, you will oversee production support operations for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring stability, high availability, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and integrations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day CRM application support operations, ensuring timely incident resolution and adherence to SLAs
  • Triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for production issues
  • Ensure proactive monitoring, system reliability, and platform availability across CRM environments
  • Oversee production support operations for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring stability, high availability, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and integrations
  • Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, environment maintenance, service request fulfillment, and propose quality improvements
  • Collaborate with developers/support engineers as part of cross-functional teams to ensure the successful operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of platform support experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM customization experience (plugins, workflows, scripting, custom pages)
  • Background in enterprise system support and CRM enhancement lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: .NET 4.0+, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, WPF
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, jQuery, JavaScript
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2019+
  • Dynamics 365 cloud experience preferred
  • SQL Server (2012+) knowledge including stored procedures, performance tuning, and data access strategies
  • Experience with Azure environments, cloud infrastructure components, Azure Portals, and DevOps pipelines
  • Familiarity with modern APIs and service communication: REST API, SOAP, WCF
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow
  • US Citizenship required
