Job Responsibility

Plan, prepare and deliver training in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, among others)
Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced)
Create and update teaching materials, such as presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises
Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners, ensuring effective learning
Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of Microsoft 365 tools
