Job Description:

The day-to-day activities of the Microsoft 365 / Copilot Trainer will vary. You will be expected to develop Training Deliverables that are in scope, on time and within the budgeted days. You present to clients for content sign off and will deliver end user training and training content to our varied clients that cross all industries. As a member of the Adoption and Change Management Team you will become part of project teams delivering digital transformation into a client organisation. The role will suit someone that likes variation in what they do. As a Microsoft 365 / Copilot Trainer, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and you must be flexible to requirements changes. You should be consultative, personable, and able to communicate to all levels of management. You must be consultative around the use of the Microsoft 365 platforms and guide clients on the right training approach for them and their way of working. This role is client site, office or work-from-home based as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Keeping up to date with the latest M365 features across the applications including Copilot
  • Consulting with clients
  • Completing a Training needs analysis
  • Develop bespoke training content to meet client’s requirements
  • Create Training Plans to roll out end user training to clients
  • Work closing with the Business Change Manager to ensure Training approach and content is coordinated with the Change plan and approach
  • Agree and gain sign off for Training approach with clients
  • Facilitating Training workshops and meetings
  • Deliver training sessions to clients either online or in person as required
  • Deliver Champions and / or Train the Trainer sessions as required
  • Deliver Executives sessions as required
  • Develop and maintain Quick reference guides, End User Guides, FAQ’s and Set up guides as needed
  • Create a ‘training portal’ on SharePoint Online to house training content for On Demand access
  • Review all Training content and deliverables with clients and gain sign off prior to implementation
  • Create supporting documentation to communicate complex and technical information
  • Identifying lessons learned from implementation

Requirements:

  • 3 -5 years supporting Microsoft Training in the IT industry
  • Training certification and Train the Trainer certification
  • Experience creating training documentation for end users
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Experience in delivering training Microsoft 365 (especially OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint Online)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to create trust with Senior Stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
  • Experience with large-scale organisational training delivery
  • Actively seeks feedback
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
