Job Responsibility:

  • Assess the current Microsoft 365 tenant, usage patterns, and maturity level
  • Define and implement governance frameworks across the M365 platform
  • Enhance scalability, security, and operational consistency of M365 solutions
  • Design adoption and change management strategies aligned with governance models
  • Assist business and IT stakeholders in adopting new ways of working
  • Deliver advanced training, enablement, and awareness sessions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the M365-driven digital transformation

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Microsoft 365 tenant administration and governance
  • Demonstrable experience in M365 adoption and change management initiatives
  • Deep understanding of user adoption, enablement, and digital workplace concepts
  • Experience supporting digital transformation programs based on M365
  • Highly autonomous at a senior level, with an advisory and pragmatic mindset
  • Comfortable working as a freelancer or independent consultant
