Job Description:

We are seeking a Management Information Product Lead to shape the roadmap for data products that deliver maximum value to Vodafone. The individual will partner closely with stakeholders to define clear business requirements, articulate benefits, and ensure successful product release and adoption. The role involves coordinating development activities with Data & Analytics teams across onshore and offshore locations, supporting change management efforts, and helping evolve MI standards and governance across Vodafone Group and local markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the Data & Analytics strategy within the stakeholder organisation, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Oversee the full product release lifecycle and champion adoption of Data & Analytics products across stakeholder functions
  • Challenge, refine and validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure feasibility and maximum return on investment
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet agreed scope, quality measures and business expectations
  • Execute structured change management plans to drive engagement and effective usage of new data products
  • Prioritise new demand and ensure all pre-requisites are in place for successful delivery, influencing stakeholders to manage the pipeline effectively
  • Support governance processes for Management Information, including preparing change proposals and collecting feedback from local markets
  • Lead the design and refinement of KPI definitions used in MI reporting

Requirements:

  • Experienced in financial reporting and capable of working across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Skilled at managing priorities within a complex environment and collaborating with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Data & Analytics and technology-driven insights
  • Knowledgeable about finance processes and experienced in working with finance teams
  • Preferably familiar with Data & Analytics functions within the telecommunications industry
  • An effective communicator able to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficient in Data & Analytics principles, data asset management platforms and product lifecycle management
  • Experienced in business analysis and product delivery for IT or data solutions
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, ideally with experience in Agile or SAFe frameworks
  • Previously held roles as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how they influence product adoption
  • Solid grasp of financial principles relevant to product planning and value realisation
