Job Description:

Temporary position managing restaurants, bars, and room service in a hospitality setting. Focused on daily operations, customer service, employee satisfaction, training, and compliance with food and beverage policies.

Job Responsibility:

Supervises daily restaurant operations
assists with menu planning
maintains sanitation standards
assists servers and hosts during peak meal periods
improves guest and employee satisfaction
determines training needed and implements plans
reviews staffing levels
ensures compliance with food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
monitors alcohol service compliance with local laws
resolves guest problems and complaints
provides guidance and feedback to subordinates

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
