Requirements:

  • Test, Trouble shoot and Maintain Ericsson(legacy Nortel) and Nokia (legacy ALU) MGCFs in the Lab
  • Investigate issues in call failures in the network and design and develop fixes as needed
  • Design and develop MGCF functionality as part of IMS network, including routers and billing capabilities as needed
  • Lead in InterOP testing (IOT) working with multiple vendors
  • Provision and upgrade MGCF associated IP routers
  • Maintain operational stability of Legacy Nortel (Now Ericsson) equipment (MGCF) in the lab
  • Monitor, investigate & rectify alarms on the network elements
  • Provision network elements & required datafill as required(MGCFC/MGW/)
  • Provide weekly report on equipment status & activity
  • Investigate & replace defective hardware
  • Administer, manage & support backup & the backup serve
