College or university diploma in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, aeronautical manufacturing or a minimum of 1-3 years in a related discipline
Comfortable reading technical drawings, have good 3D visualization, good analytical skills and an ability to search for information quickly
General knowledge of the mechanical and avionics systems of a Green aircraft
General knowledge of the basic principles of manufacturing and installing an aircraft interior
Knowledge of the aircraft certification process (Manuf vs AMO) and are able to understand the related documentation
Familiar with computer-aided drafting software such as Catia, AutoCad, Enovia, etc.
Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as BAAN, SAP, etc.
Excellent team player and are known for your perseverance and judgment
Able to work independently and prioritize your files effectively
Comfortable managing several simultaneous files and finding relevant technical solutions quickly

Job Responsibility

Validate and revise assembly instruction guides or manufacturing instruction guides for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components
Interpret, drawings and other engineering documents
Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components
Develop necessary tools to manufacture or assemble aircraft components by taking into account established geometric tolerancing
Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production
Participate actively in production support by coordinating problem solving with other support departments
Keep abreast of best ways to enhance assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects
