Job Description:

Account Director position at CVS Health focusing on Meritain accounts in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Responsible for developing and implementing account management strategies, building relationships, and achieving customer satisfaction, revenue, membership, and earnings objectives for existing customers.

Job Responsibility:

Develops and implements account management and cross/up sell strategies
Builds and maintains strong external and internal relationships
Serves as primary interface for all products and services
Develops and executes account management strategy for strategic accounts
Develops and executes renewal process ensuring appropriate margins
Assesses competitive environment and develops sales strategies
Develops strategic cross-functional annual business plan
Coordinates communications of Meritain news/announcements
Responsible for retention of assigned portfolio
Owns financial management of assigned book
Leads presentations with clients

Requirements:

5+ years of self-funded health care industry experience
Expert level experience in Self-Funding
Experience working with client/broker on their Health Plan strategy
Experience interpreting and delivering the clients Annual Plan Review data
Active Life, Accident and Health License
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
