As a Merchant Kitchen Waiter/Waitress at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong, you will ensure impeccable cleanliness, adhere to safety policies, and deliver thoughtful service while fostering a positive team environment. Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including cleaning and restocking
maintain cleanliness of work areas
follow safety policies
welcome and acknowledge guests
maintain confidentiality of information
develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
adhere to quality standards
read and verify information in various formats
perform tasks as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
must adhere to safety and security policies
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds
fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
ability to work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
ability to follow company procedures.
