Job Responsibility:
Support strategic planning and range development
Preparing reports and analysing performance and forecast demand to optimise stock levels
Manage pricing, promotions, and product lifecycle from launch to exit
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and great store availability
Present trade insights and drive actions from weekly performance reviews
Maintain accurate systems and trackers to support decision-making
Requirements:

Must have Merchandising experience preferably in a similar sized retail business (e.g. 100+ stores), understanding how support teams work together and collaborate.
Ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data
Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
Clear communicator who operates with integrity and due diligence
