Merchandiser

• Support strategic planning and range development
• Preparing reports and analysing performance and forecast demand to optimise stock levels
• Manage pricing, promotions, and product lifecycle from launch to exit
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and great store availability
• Present trade insights and drive actions from weekly performance reviews
• Maintain accurate systems and trackers to support decision-making

• Must have Merchandising experience preferably in a similar sized retail business (e.g. 100+ stores), understanding how support teams work together and collaborate.
• Ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data
• Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Clear communicator who operates with integrity and due diligence
