Job Description:

Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser role at Bravissimo, an award-winning, multi-channel lingerie retailer. The role involves analysing sales information to decide what stock to buy, working closely with the Buying team to plan product ranges, and working with the Supply team to ensure stock is delivered at the right time and to the right places. The position is a full-time, fixed term contract for up to 12 months, based in Leamington Spa with hybrid working.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accountable alongside the Buying team to collaboratively plan and build ranges, ensuring the ranges are strategic, balanced and in line with business stock initiatives/buy budgets/top line strategy at both total and individual size level
  • Provide detailed and insightful analysis on stock and sales, sharing this widely and communicating learnings clearly and effectively
  • Proactively seek feedback from customer facing teams in respect of yours and your team’s areas of responsibility as a key part of the governance of your function and of your team’s performance
  • Support, coach and mentor the direct reports in your team which consist of a Junior Merchandiser and an Assistant Merchandiser
  • Report into a Head of Merchandising

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Merchandising
  • Ideally with a Fashion/Clothing background
  • Curious mindset, unwavering drive, and a high aptitude for picking up new information
  • Ability to think logically with a questioning approach
  • Strong attention to detail and being highly organised
  • Motivated by an agile and pacey environment where things can change quickly
  • Fantastic communication skills
