Job Responsibility:

Deliver person-centred care within supported living accommodation
Promote independence and positive risk-taking
Support with daily living skills, health management, and social inclusion
Build trust and long-term relationships that make every day meaningful

Requirements:

Must be on the social care Wales register to apply
Experience in mental health or social care (preferred)
Empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills
Ability to encourage independence and social inclusion
Full driving licence desirable

Nice to have:

Full driving licence desirable
