Membership Services Officer

• Processing Insurance Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with attention to detail
• Customer Support: Respond to general enquiries from customers via phone, email, or letter
• Information Requests: Provide customers with information about our client's products and services
• Claim Processing: Oversee direct debits and ensure accuracy in all transactions

• Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role
• Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential
• Strong Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and computer literacy skills
• Professional Competencies: A self-starter who thrives on meeting deadlines

Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential

• Competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £27,000 per year, depending on experience (increasing after probation)
