Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated analyst with a passion for data quality, insight generation, and supporting meaningful member experiences. In this role, you’ll help manage and analyse membership data, build reports and dashboards, support surveys and feedback activities, and work with teams across the organisation to drive data-informed decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining clean, accurate membership data across our CRM and related systems
  • Assisting in the analysis of membership trends, including retention, engagement, and behavioural patterns
  • Producing clear reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools to support teams across the organisation
  • Supporting our annual member survey, feedback exercises, and intelligence gathering activities
  • Working closely with marketing, events, and programmes teams to provide targeting data for campaigns and track engagement
  • Documenting data processes and contributing to continuous improvements in how we handle and interpret member insights

Requirements:

  • A foundational understanding of data tools (Excel, Power BI or SQL)
