Requirements

3-5+ years experience in membership engagement, campaigning, organizing, communications, advocacy or similar work, preferably in the political or renewable energy field
Ability to build a new complex program, collaborating across departments
Prior experience running a successful membership mobilization program
Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone based on audiences
Experience writing communications via email programs (e.g., Engaging Networks, Twilio, MobileCommons)
Competency in utilizing CRMs (such as Salesforce) and digital campaigning tools (VAN, Thrutext/Thrutalk, Mobilize)
Awareness of and ability to communicate the economic impacts of the renewable energy transition

Job Responsibility

Leads the launch of a new membership program
Develops innovative approaches to generate online and offline opportunities
Collaborates with National Field Director and State Field Directors to develop organizing plans
Collaborates with National Political Director around key races
Develop and run the member-to-member electoral field campaign
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing Manager to leverage automations
Collaborate with Data Analytics Director for analysis of membership audiences
Ensure field activities are tracked in VAN
Ensure compliance and reporting of membership activities
Collaborate with Communications Director on communications calendar
