Job Description:

We are looking for a freelance Meet & Greeter to welcome guests at our properties in Lisbon and assist our Operations team with various on-the-ground tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and check in guests at our properties
  • Handle key pickups and drop-offs
  • Conduct property quality checks
  • Coordinate with service providers
  • Deliver items as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Friendly and presentable, ideally with customer service or hospitality experience
  • Willingness to travel to various locations in Lisbon (own transport required
  • car/motorbike is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
  • Able to explain appliance and heating usage
  • Comfortable using tools like Slack and internal systems (training provided)
  • Able to troubleshoot minor issues with appliances, heating, and hot water
  • Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and midnight, every day of the week
  • Must be registered as self-employed / auto-entrepreneurs to issue monthly invoices
