GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality. We are looking to hire a freelance meet and greeter who can check our guests into our properties across Paris and its suburbs and assist our Operations team on different on ground tasks, such as picking up and delivering keys, property quality checks, opening the door for providers, delivering items. This job will suit a freelance worker or university student who has a flexible schedule and is looking to earn some extra money.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French
  • Good level in English
  • A presentable and friendly person, ideally with experience working in customer service/hospitality
  • Willing to travel to homes in various locations around Paris and its suburbs, own way of transportation
  • Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality
  • Able to explain how to use appliances and heating in the home
  • Able to work with tools like Slack and our own system
  • Able to troubleshoot appliances and heating/hot water if there are minor problems, with simple repair skills
  • Flexible working hours
  • Must be registered as self-employed/auto-entrepreneur in order to provide monthly invoices for their services
