Medical Scheduler

• monitor group text communication channels to address scheduling changes and evolving priorities in real-time
• utilize tools like Outlook and Pipedrive to organize schedules, meetings, and task assignments effectively
• act as the central point of communication for internal teams, ensuring alignment with schedule updates
• make adjustments to schedules promptly to accommodate shifting priorities and demands
• maintain accurate records of schedules and updates to ensure seamless operations
• coordinate with team members to ensure availability and proper scheduling
• support internal communication by relaying updates and changes to relevant stakeholders
• assist in streamlining scheduling processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• provide timely updates and reports on scheduling activities as needed

• Proven experience in scheduling or coordination roles, preferably in a medical or administrative setting
• strong proficiency with tools such as Outlook and Pipedrive
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
• detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
• familiarity with group text communication platforms is a plus
• availability to work part-time hours, Monday through Friday
• demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
