• Record patient details and purpose of visits
• Ensure timely assessments by nursing staff
• Support patients throughout their journey in the clinic
• Action Request Forms for testing and diagnostics
• Promote client's services
• Collect feedback and marketing intelligence
• Collect billing information and patient consents
• Prepare invoices and quotes
• Process payments efficiently
• Ensure timely billing and collection of patient accounts
