Job Description:

A highly regarded, top regional law firm is looking for a Medical Negligence Solicitor to manage a case-load of Spinal Cord Injury claims and assist with high value, complex matters. The role offers career progression, flexible working options, and training in Spinal Injury claims.

Job Responsibility:

Manage your own case-load of Spinal Cord Injury claims that have arisen as a result of Medical Negligence
assist the Partners with high value, complex matters
gain exposure to high value, complex files and progress your career
handle Serious Injury files over time

Requirements:

Be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 1 years’ experience in a Medical Negligence role – you do not necessarily need experience in Spinal Injury as training will be provided
an interest in Personal Injury
great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
