Job Description:

Join our fast-paced front desk team and play a critical role in supporting our growing office! This position involves scheduling appointments, managing patient interactions, and assisting with day-to-day office operations while maintaining professionalism and a patient-centered focus.

Job Responsibility:

Schedule and coordinate appointments for 15 healthcare providers using Nextech software across in-person, phone, and online platforms
Operate a multi-line phone system, responding promptly to inquiries and directing calls as needed
Handle cash payments, conduct patient pre-screening, and ensure transactions are processed accurately
Work closely with providers to ensure scheduling accuracy and proper billing procedures
Maintain and update medical records while adhering to HIPAA standards for confidentiality and security
Multitask effectively to provide exceptional service and contribute to a positive experience for all patients
Monitor and stock supplies to ensure the office operates efficiently

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical or fast-paced environment is preferred
Knowledge of Nextech software is a plus
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong customer service skills are essential and foundational to the role
