Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of Mediation Zone applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production environment and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about telecom mediation systems and are looking to contribute to high-impact projects in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications using Digital Route’s platform
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation
  • Ensure smooth operation of Mediation Zone in production environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain system stability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, specifically in Mediation Zone application development and maintenance
  • Proficient in working with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production setting
  • Experienced in end-to-end SDLC processes
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Nice to have:

Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies is a plus
